Family getaway in Plougasnou - Finistère Bretagne

This house has 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

On the ground floor you will find a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, a lounge with a TV and a bedroom (double bed or 2 single beds). There is also a storage room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

On the first floor,
A children's bedroom with a single bed and 2 single bunk beds, a third bedroom with a double bed with a sea view and a modern shower room that separates the 2 areas.
There is a toilet on each floor.

Outside you have access to :

- A large bucolic garden with trees and a view of the bell tower of Plougasnou

Bed and bath linen is not included in the price. You wish to travel lighter? We propose in option a complete set of bed and bath linen at the price of 30€ttc/double bed and 24€ttc/single bed.
A mandatory "intermediate cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. We ask you to return the accommodation as you found it on your arrival (kitchen and sanitary facilities clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no trace of apparent dirt, garbage removed, etc.). You don't want to take care of the cleaning at the end of your stay? We also offer a "complete cleaning" package which will be charged at an additional 65€.

The neighborhood

The house is ideally situated at the end of a street, on a private and wooded plot of 1350m².
It is close to the village, which can be seen from the kitchen. The local shops and a supermarket with a petrol station are 8 minutes away on foot. The sea is 10 minutes away on foot or less than 2 minutes by car.
As for activities, hiking enthusiasts can take the GR 34 which runs along the coast (3 min walk), there is a sailing school in Térénez (5 km) and a surfing school in Locquirec (10 km), climbing in Primel (3 km), a pony club, numerous beaches, fishing on foot, boat trips, a golf course 30 km away, and local markets throughout the week
From Plougasnou, you can embark for the island of Batz or for the castle of the Bull.
